Vision Zero NYC is a citywide initiative launched in 2014 by Mayor Bill de Blasio, aiming to eliminate all traffic fatalities and severe injuries on New York City streets. The initiative involves collaboration among city agencies such as the NYPD, DOT, and TLC, focusing on protecting vulnerable road users like pedestrians and cyclists.

This poster is a call to action aimed at cyclists commuting at dawn or dusk, when light conditions are low and the crash risk is elevated—the design serves as both a reminder and a preventive tool.
