As the president of a student club, I saw firsthand how enriching and empowering it can be to be part of a creative, collaborative community. But I also recognized a gap—many students felt unsure about how to get involved or intimidated by the process of joining a club. I wanted to change that.
This zine was born from that motivation. I created it as an approachable, engaging way to break down the barriers to participation. This zine guides students through the journey of discovering clubs, attending meetings, and finding their place in campus life. It’s designed to be accessible, visually inviting, and reflective of the diverse experiences students might encounter.
My goal wasn’t just to inform, but to inspire—to spark curiosity, reduce hesitation, and make club involvement feel like a natural step rather than a daunting leap.
